Hi,
I work with small business owners and I'd like a tool that I can I provide my clients that will do the following:
1. After services/products have been delivered, I'd like this tool to email/text the customer asking "how did we do?" and ask them to score us 1-5.
2. If the customer answers 1-3, a drop down pops up asking for more information.
3. if the customer answers a 4 or 5 it will take the customer to the business google page so they can leave a review.
This needs to be something I can offer multiple clients.
