Certificates and ID Cards supporting website & mobile app
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Utilize the fastest and cheapest app development and deployment method possible. We do not have any preference as long as the apps and website are able to meet their intended purpose.
However, please bare in mind that the users data such as cards and certificates should be available offline once they have initially accessed any with internet connectivity. This will allow users who will be showing their card/certificate data to an inspector underground or any other place with poor signals to work without internet.
User App (Android and IOS)
1. My Cards
Front and back of the digital card in carousal slider.
QR code for verification on the website for security.
Allow download of the card.
2. My Certificates - same features as 'My Cards'
3. Support - be able to contact our support team via a simple contact form which we can then in turn link with our ticketing system for them to show up as tickets there.
4. Notifications - Push notifications and email notifications for when a new certificate/card becomes available, when a certificate/card is revoked and when any are about to expire, and when the achievements have expired.
The user apps need to be linked to a website, more on the website below.
1. Website pages: Home (include links to the mobile apps), About, Terms & Conditions. Privacy Policy, Why us? (with embedded video link), Support page (with a brief FAQ section)
2. Verification-Web version of the public card/certificate checker (surname and registration number)
3. User Account Area
a) Simple sign-up process
b) Account types: Individual, Employer, Training Provider, Portal Staff
Individual - allowed to do the same as the mobile apps (view own cards/certificates, notifications)
Employer - allowed to do the same as the individual but for all own employees (view their cards/certificates, notifications)
Training providers - CRUD for their own individual or employer users (create, read/view, update and/or delete individual records or do the same via bulk upload). 2 types of records to be creatable, e-certificates* and virtual photo ID cards*
Portal Staff - user management (Super Admin, Admin user, Portal standard user, training provider, employer, individual)
We need source code for all the work. We are to own all the source code for all the work, too.
