Blockchain technology website for contract management

I'm currently in the design stage of an app that will provide a portal/website for multiple people to create, sign and manage contract agreements and deliverables.
The basic idea of the website is:
- A "client" registers a profile and starts the contract creation process.
- The contract is just a cloud template provided by the website. The "clients" details are dynamically added to the contract based on the information they provide.
- The "client" invites a "supplier" who also registers and submits their details into the contract
- Both parties sign the contract (via an e-sign feature)
- Once the contract is agreed, this then allows both parties to create a "Service" and "Deliverables" .
The purpose of the website is to provide an easy to use online portal that supports contract creation and deliverables management.
I would like someone with blockchain experience to advise whether this app could be managed via a smart contract or using blockchain technology.
