Increase Website Speed on Mobile

Hello,
My Shopify store is called Keeper Denim and we make ethical and sustainable denim jeans for women.

I would like to increase both the speed and the Google Page Speed Insight score for my website when viewed on mobile. Currently it performs well on desktop with a Google Page Speed Insight Score of 90 and speed/load time of 2 seconds. However, when viewed on a mobile the Google Score drops down to 43 (I would like to increase this to at least 60) and the speed/load time is approx. 9 seconds (I want to make this at least 2 sec, if not faster). I have tested the speed/load time on both Google Page Speed Insights and Ubersuggest.

Is this something you would be able to assist me with? If so, could you please provide me with a quote?
