webRTC group room chat -- 2

Hi, i will like a webcam group chat system with webRTC.
This shold work in this way:
1. User visit a php/html page and the chat opens.
The users visiting allready have a PHP_SESION "Username" that wil be used for the sesion.
2. The users can select from diferent rooms to join
3. All user in the same room can see their chat and if one user share theyr webcam the user gets an "webcam" icon on theyr username to all user in the chat can view that webcam.
It shold be posible to view mulitlple webcams from the same chat room.
I need to know the total cost, server usage and traffic usage also for 2.000 user online at the same time.
Also already make systems offering by other supliers is also ok of its meet my requiments.
