webRTC & MQTT Messanger for Android / Kotlin - Flutter

We are looking for new team member to complete our messenger application and who contributes to our team.
We use Mqtt and webRTC technology for data exchange and P2P connection between devices.
The application is written in Kotlin and Dart/Flutter.
Requirements :
The developer must have excellent knowledge with using webRTC , Mqtt and P2P messenger.This includes encryption of messages and pairing of devices for subsequent encrypted data transfer and video and voice calls.
He should have excellent knowledge in Kotlin, Dart with Flutter.
He must have an Android device himself and be an Android specialist,
i.e. app development on Android should be routine for him.
We expect professional work and excellent communication responsiveness.
We work on Github and Slack and are looking for someone for long term collaboration.
