WhatsApp-Style Messenger App

I’m ready to commission a full-featured, cross-platform messenger that feels as smooth and reliable as WhatsApp. The project covers three client apps—native iOS, native Android and a responsive web version—backed by a single, real-time messaging backend.

Core communication features must include
• text messaging with read receipts and typing indicators
• high-quality voice calls
• low-latency video calls

On top of that, the app needs group chats, file sharing for images, documents and short videos, plus end-to-end encryption for every message and call.

I expect a polished UX, push notifications on mobile, and a clean, well-documented API so additional services can hook into the platform later. Technologies such as WebRTC, Socket.io (or a comparable real-time layer), and reliable encryption libraries should be part of your proposed stack; feel free to suggest Flutter, React Native or fully native builds if that shortens development without sacrificing performance.

Deliverables
1. iOS, Android and web clients packaged and ready for App Store / Play Store / production deployment
2. Scalable backend with user authentication, contact sync and media storage
3. Admin dashboard for basic user and group management
4. Source code, build scripts and concise setup documentation
5. A short hand-off session walking me through deployment, keys and ongoing maintenance

Acceptance criteria: all listed features function smoothly across the three platforms, calls connect in under two seconds on a standard 4G network, and encryption passes an independent test vector I’ll provide.
