Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI / Voice / Telephony developer or team to build a smart Voice Agent Platform designed specifically for EMI collection reminder workflows.
The system must integrate seamlessly with popular cloud telephony dialers (such as Fexydial, Exotel, or similar providers) and support automated outbound reminder calls with intelligent conversational capabilities.
Scope of Work:
The platform should include:
AI Voice Agent
Natural human-like conversation (Hindi + English preferred)
Ability to handle common EMI reminder scenarios:
Payment due reminders
Late payment follow-ups
Promise-to-pay capture
Rescheduling requests
Escalation to human agent when needed
Cloud Telephony Integration
Compatible with Fexydial, Exotel, and similar dialers via API/SIP/Webhooks
Ability to receive call events & push call outcomes back to dialer/CRM
Trigger AI agent when call is answered
Conversation Flow Engine
Configurable scripts/flows for different DPD buckets
Dynamic variables (Name, Amount Due, Due Date, Loan ID, etc.)
Fallback and retry logic
Data & Reporting
Store call logs and conversation summaries
