Team Communication Upgrade

I’m looking to overhaul the way my team connects day-to-day so that communication feels seamless instead of scattered. Our top priority is to strengthen two channels—instant messaging and video conferencing—so the conversation never loses momentum.

For chat, I need a snappy, reliable instant-messaging space that supports native file sharing (documents, screenshots, short clips, etc.) without forcing everyone to jump between apps. Think Slack-style drag-and-drop or a Microsoft Teams-like experience, but I’m open to whichever stack you feel will deliver speed and clarity.

On the video side, I want friction-free calls (WebRTC, Zoom SDK, or similar) that launch straight from the chat or calendar, with stable screen-sharing and crisp audio even when bandwidth isn’t perfect.

Deliverables I’ll review against:
• A working IM module with file-sharing fully tested on desktop and mobile
• Integrated video-conferencing flow that ties into the same user directory
• Clear admin panel or config file so I can add users and set basic permissions myself
• Short handover guide covering deployment, maintenance, and any third-party dependencies
