Senior WebRTC / Twilio Video Expert Needed to Audit & Optimize React Video Calling App

We have built a React-based web application with a 1:1 video calling feature powered by Twilio Programmable Video. While we have established a solid foundation, the video call performance is not meeting our quality standards. We are experiencing issues with call stability, network drops/reconnections, and overall audio/video quality under variable bandwidths.

We need an expert to audit our current architecture, diagnose network/signaling issues, and implement optimization strategies to make the video calls highly reliable.
