Replit Deployment

Project Overview:
I currently host on Cloudways (DigitalOcean), but this setup may not support Node.js or WebRTC at scale. Happy to change to Digital Ocean VPS or similar.
The goal is to deploy everything reliably on a suitable server and ensure production readiness.
Responsibilities:
Audit Hosting Setup
Review whether Cloudways (DO) supports WebRTC + Node reliably
Recommend and migrate to a VPS (e.g. DigitalOcean, Render, Hetzner, etc.) if needed
Server Setup
Configure server from scratch (Linux, firewall, NGINX/Apache, etc.)
Set up HTTPS, domains, and subdomains for multi-country deployment
Ensure performance and scalability for WebRTC and app usage
Deploy All Services
Migrate and deploy:
5 WordPress websites
1 custom Node.js Replit application
Ensure all assets function across environments
Integrate GitHub for Deployment
Connect Replit to GitHub for version control and auto-deployment to the live environment
Embed Replit Modal in WordPress
The Replit app contains a modal for job requests
This modal must be integrated and functional across the 5 WordPress sites
Configure WebRTC Support
Ensure WebRTC (for video consultations) is fully functional (Add a TURN/STUN server if necessary)
Set up or integrate STUN/TURN servers for stable real-time video communication
Set Up Email Functionality
Configure SMTP or a transactional email provider (e.g., SendGrid, Postmark)
Ensure system emails (e.g. booking confirmations, notifications) can be reliably sent from the app
Test End-to-End
Confirm all systems are working: modal > job submission > video call > email trigger
Required Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Replit, Node.js, and WebRTC
DevOps/server setup (Linux, NGINX, domains, SSL, firewalls)
GitHub CI/CD pipeline deployment
Experience with SMTP/email delivery setup
Comfortable with WordPress modal integrations and frontend/backend coordination
You need to be available immediately and complete this week.
