Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a streamlined, browser-based platform that lets my hiring team run live interviews without ever leaving the site. The main objective is to host smooth, reliable video calls and collect feedback instantly while the conversation is still in progress.
Core features I must see:
• Video conferencing (WebRTC or comparable, no installs for candidates)
• Real-time feedback panel where interviewers can rate, tag, and comment during the call, with data stored securely for later review
An admin area should allow me to spin up sessions, invite interviewers or candidates by link, and export feedback after each meeting. The UI has to work just as well on laptops as it does on phones or tablets.
When you apply, show me past work that proves you’ve built real-time or video-heavy web apps before—live links, repos, or screenshots are all welcome. A demonstrable prototype within four weeks would be ideal, and I’ll measure success by call stability (720p, <300 ms latency), seamless feedback capture, and solid authentication that keeps our candidate data GDPR-compliant.
