Installing and configuring Janus webrtc

I want to install and configure Janus webrtc server the source code is here blow from this link

The main goal for me is using the recorded stream function from Janus using GStreamer to create stream pipelines to RSTP port which is Janus stream plugin is listing to.

The demo shows the stream plugin is using GStreamer is streaming to RTP port, but I want to use GStreamer to stream to RSTP. I want to stream simultaneously video files to simultaneously users. GStreamer has a plugin called "webrtcbin" which allows you to do all the exchanges of SDP and IP networks etc with Janus this method allows you to connect to Janus wherever it is (in localhost or in a server)
you have only to give that plugin webrtcbin the stun / turn servers
and the plugin webrtcbin do all the creation of SDP, and ice candidates.. for you to let you stream to Janus wherever he is.
I do have already turnserver installed on the same server in which Janus will be installed.
I want to add to the Janus player stop, rewind, forward control to let the user have more control over the videos.
