Flexisip Video Conferencing Integration

I already run a Flexisip server for voice calls and now I need it to handle real-time video conferences as well. The task centres on expanding Flexisip so multiple callers can join the same room and see one another with stable audio-video sync. I am open to whether this is achieved through an MCU, SFU or another architecture, so long as the end result lets a group connect over standard SIP or Linphone clients without quality drops.

What I need from you:
• Modify or extend the Flexisip codebase to support multi-party video.
• Provide build scripts and clear deployment notes so I can reproduce the setup on a fresh machine.
• Supply a short test plan and a live demo session proving that several users can join, leave and reconnect smoothly.
