I’m ready to launch a full-scale adult live cam platform focused on real-time streaming. The core experience must let viewers watch models broadcast live with minimal latency, so a modern WebRTC or HLS set-up that can handle thousands of concurrent sessions is essential.

Account structure
• Free users – watch public shows with limited features
• Premium members – unlock private shows, HD quality, tipping and recorded replays
• Models/Hosts – broadcast, manage schedules, track earnings and view detailed analytics in their own dashboard

Monetisation & billing
The site has to process Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Cryptocurrency seamlessly. Think recurring subscriptions for premium, pay-per-minute private sessions, and a flexible tipping system, all surfaced inside a clear revenue-share back-office for the performers.

Key expectations
– Responsive UI that feels intuitive on desktop and mobile
– Secure performer sign-up with ID verification
– Real-time moderation tools for chat and content flags (I may expand chat features later, so structure the code with that in mind)
– Comprehensive admin panel covering user management, payout requests, content flagging and analytics
– Clean, documented codebase I can hand to an in-house team after launch

Acceptance criteria
1. A fully deployed site on my chosen VPS or cloud host, reachable on a custom domain over HTTPS.
2. Streaming works smoothly for at least 500 simultaneous viewers in a load test.
3. Test payments clear in sandbox and live modes for all three gateways.
4. Model earnings dashboard shows accurate live balances and payout history.
5. Delivery includes a short walkthrough video and step-by-step deployment guide.
