Corporate IBM webMethods Training
Budget: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 INR
I need an accomplished IBM webMethods professional to run a live, online training program for a cohort of 6-15 intermediate-level engineers. The objective is to elevate their day-to-day integration skills while giving them the confidence to design, build, and troubleshoot real-world solutions on the full webMethods stack.
What the engagement will look like
• A series of instructor-led sessions delivered remotely (we will supply Zoom or Teams).
• Balanced theory and practice: every concept is followed by hands-on work in our lab environment.
• Coverage of Integration Server, webMethods Designer, Flow Services, API Gateway, Universal Messaging, and Trading Networks, with plenty of emphasis on design patterns and governance.
• Frequent Q&A so participants can map lessons directly to their current projects.
Your responsibilities
– Prepare a clear curriculum and schedule that fit a typical corporate workday.
– Provide slide decks, step-by-step lab guides, datasets, and case studies; everything should remain accessible after the course.
– Guide the class through environment setup, solve any hiccups, and make sure each attendee can complete the exercises.
– Assign graded tasks or mini-projects and run short assessments to demonstrate mastery.
– Record sessions and share the videos and source artifacts when we finish.
Acceptance criteria
1. Curriculum and materials approved before the first session.
2. At least 80 % of participants must complete labs without critical blockers.
3. Final assessment shows measurable improvement in every attendee’s proficiency.
