Looking for a reliable, discreet, and visually minded person to support an ongoing Instagram presence and assist with additional tasks over time.
This is a light but long-term role, ideal for a young professional early in their career, or someone managing multiple small projects at the time, who values aesthetics, structure, and intentional work. This is not a full-time - exclusive dedication role, but more of side income.
While Instagram content is a recurring responsibility, the role includes other ad-hoc tasks, coordination, or in-person support /meeting when relevant. You may also occasionally update landing pages using templates.
Core responsibilities (ongoing):
- Design and post Instagram content (posts, carousels, stories)
- Maintain a coherent, clean, and intentional visual tone
- Keep the account active and well cared for
- Work with minimal direction and a high level of reliability
- Occasionally update landing pages using templates
Additional responsibilities (occasional):
- Support with small operational or creative tasks
- Assist with coordination, scheduling, or research when needed
- Join check-ins or meetings (remote / in-person - occasionally, if relevant)
Tools & knowledge expected:
- Canva, Webflow, and other basic design or landing page tools
- Familiarity with Instagram content creation and formatting
Important context:
This project prioritizes consistency, discretion, and good judgment over growth hacks or KPI-driven tactics.
We value a "less but better" approach in both design and execution.
