Webflow-to-WordPress SEO Migration

Job ID: 39948772

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

Our marketing site currently lives in Webflow CMS, but it has outgrown that setup. I’m moving the entire site—about 30 pages—to WordPress and want the migration to do more than just copy-and-paste content. The new install needs to be built with clean, lightweight blocks (Elementor, Gutenberg, or another modern page builder you prefer) so that ongoing edits remain simple.

My primary objective is to improve SEO rankings, so every migrated URL will also become a focused landing page. Roughly half of the service descriptions already exist in Webflow; the other half still need to be written from scratch. I’ll supply brand guidelines, keyword priorities, and any existing copy we have. You’ll handle:

• Recreating the current Webflow layouts in WordPress, maintaining design consistency and responsive behavior
• Building out or importing ~30 pages, each optimized around one core keyword
• Transferring existing service descriptions where they exist, and crafting new ones where they don’t, matching tone and voice
• On-page SEO essentials—metadata, headings, alt text, internal links, and a logical URL structure
• Redirect mapping so no authority is lost during cut-over

The work is finished when every page is live in WordPress, loads quickly, passes basic technical SEO checks (Yoast or similar), and all old URLs resolve correctly. If your workflow includes staging, version control, and thorough QA, all the better—I want to launch once and launch right.
