Webflow Stack validation
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’ve built a Webflow project that already combines Memberstack, Jetboost, Zapier and a BP-based back-end, but the setup still needs a clean round of validation and a few missing pieces to go live.
Here’s the state of play:
• Memberstack is installed but only partially wired. I specifically need secure user authentication and a friction-free login flow connected to the existing Webflow pages.
• Jetboost filters are in place on some Collection lists, yet page-level logic across several sections is inconsistent. I want every rule (show/hide, conditional buttons, gated content, etc.) behaving identically from page to page.
• Zapier should handle task automation only—no email marketing or data warehousing. Think along the lines of “user signs up → background Zap fires → data routes to BP” and similar triggers.
• The Webflow CMS generates content dynamically and I’ll continue adding new Collections, so your work has to remain schema-agnostic: when a new type is created, the logic should still work without revisiting the code.
What I need you to do:
1. Audit the current Memberstack, Jetboost, Zapier and BP connections, flag anything that can break, then tighten it up.
2. Implement the full Memberstack login/auth flow, testing it on desktop and mobile.
3. Normalise page logic so all conditional elements operate predictably across the specified pages.
4. Build or refine the required Zaps for background task automation, confirming data lands correctly in BP.
5. Document the final configuration in a concise hand-off sheet so future CMS items plug straight into this stack without extra dev time.
Acceptance criteria:
• Any user can sign up, log in and stay logged in across page refreshes.
• Conditional elements respect the same rules site-wide with no visual glitches.
• All automated tasks fire in under 10 seconds and appear in BP with correct payloads.
• No hard-coded Collection IDs: adding a new CMS Collection will not break existing logic.
If you know your way around Webflow custom attributes, Memberstack dashboard tweaks, Jetboost boosters and Zapier Webhooks, this should be a straightforward yet rewarding tune-up. Let’s lock the stack down so I can focus on content.
