Webflow Expert for Building Public Profiles

What are we doing?
We are building a job board in Webflow. Webflow just launched Logic and Membership making this a little bit easier.
Right now we would like to make job seekers' profiles public. In this way, companies can look at a list of public profiles ("job seekers") and see their work experience.
I know this is possible with Memberstack, but we don't want to use Memberstack for certain reasons.
What we need help with:
1) Making it possible to show user profiles public, example /profile/josh92
2) Making it possible to show company profiles public, example /company/pizzahut
This project needs more functions down the timeline, so we are looking for somebody with great experience with Webflow, Javascript, maybe some API solutions and can understand our vision.
