So it says Dear

Then have constituency name (which is dulwich and west norwood). in the second line under dear name

Dear MP NAME

I am a member of your constituency Constituency Name

So a few other things.

1. Can you make it so when they type their name into the top field, it will write that into the bottom of the message

2. Can you make it so they cannot edit the text field, it is effected by them changing their name, but they cannot click on it and change it.

so if you make the text field read only. I think there is an attribute for that. Then if you populate the name form the top dynamically as they type it. Then have the MP email still as a hidden field.

also space the messages out like in the original text.
