Webflow Developer for LMS Development

I'm looking for a Webflow Developer, fluent in English, with a professional communication style, friendly and willing to guide me in this project focusing on the LMS back-end development stack. I'm looking for a responsive LMS dummy site with the back-end integration.
Please see project requirements below:
- Webflow development and back-end build for a video and in-person coaching by subscription - there are more than 5 subscriptions.
-Memberstack for user dashboard (user can see their payment status, subscription, billing, video lessons)
-Memberstack admin dashboard (business owner can make changes, update and remove videos and make changes to content - have the ability to do this going forward)
-Drip system - users can only see the video release every week - lock system and drop system every week
-Vimeo
-Legal capture to waive the contract and the checkbox for the contract.
-Stripe payment system - Visa/PayPal/ApplePay.
-AUTH for login in, user database, reset password, etc
-able to configure and add the full-stack environment from the existing Webflow design that I already have in Figma, and able to build it from scratch using the Figma design file.
-Have experience working with Figma Designer.
This is a fixed-term project, with a fixed price, that will need a dummy site and will require you to show me how to bring the webflow website to life using all the back-end stacks.
