Webflow Developer for Figma Landing Pages

We are looking for a **skilled Webflow Developer** to help us implement **responsive landing pages from polished Figma designs**.
You will work closely with our **design team and existing developers** to bring high-quality designs to life in Webflow. The designs are already complete and detailed — we need someone who can **implement them with precision, speed, and clean Webflow structure**.
This project starts with a **large website build (50+ pages)** and may turn into **ongoing work** if the collaboration goes well.
We work in a **fast-paced environment and actively use AI tools to accelerate execution**, so we are looking for someone comfortable with a modern workflow.
### Responsibilities
• Implement responsive **Webflow pages from Figma designs**
• Build a **large website (50+ pages)** in Webflow
• Create **clean, scalable Webflow structures**
• Use **components and reusable sections** effectively
• Implement **animations and interactions** (scroll effects, micro-interactions, Lottie)
• Optimize for **performance and page speed**
• Ensure **pixel-perfect implementation**
### Requirements
• Strong experience with **Webflow development**
• Ability to convert **Figma designs to responsive Webflow pages**
• Experience building **large multi-page Webflow sites**
• Attention to **clean structure and maintainability**
