Webflow Developer Needed – Telehealth Website Build (CMS + Product Pages + Filtering)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
A) Project Overview:
I am building a telehealth platform website using Webflow and need an EXPERIENCED Webflow developer to complete the build.
• the Webflow template is already installed
• the page structures are already planned
• product pages are CMS-driven templates
• many pages reuse the same section layouts
• NO checkout and NO medical intake which are handled by a separate telehealth platform
Because of this, the developer will mainly be implementing the structure inside Webflow rather than designing everything from scratch.
I will also provide a detailed document outlining the structure of each page, which should make development straightforward.
B) Animation & Interaction Style
The animations should feel premium and modern, not flashy or excessive.
Good references for the type of interaction style I’m looking for include:
• ReadyRX.com and gethealthspan.com
• modern Webflow SaaS websites
• subtle UI interactions
These are good references for:
• navigation style
• treatment product pages
• treatment catalog pages
• overall telehealth layout
The goal is not to copy them exactly, but to follow a similar modern telehealth structure and style.
Examples of the type of animations expected:
• slight card hover elevation
• subtle image zoom on hover
• smooth fade or slide transitions between sections
• gentle motion effects that feel clean and professional
C) Platform
The site is being built in Webflow.
The developer must:
• work directly inside my Webflow project
• use Webflow CMS correctly
• build reusable CMS templates
I will provide collaborator access to my Webflow project so I can monitor progress during development.
D) Design Requirements
The site must follow the brand colors from the logo which will be provided (Red, White, Black, Gray)
The site should feel:
• modern
• clean
• premium
• medical / telehealth focused
E) Layout and Spacing Requirements
The navigation should feel wide and prominent, similar to ReadyRX.
However the main page content must have proper margins and spacing.
Some parts of the site currently have spacing issues where the content stretches too wide, and these margins must be corrected.
The developer must ensure:

• consistent spacing across sections
• good responsive layout

11) Website Speed & Performance Requirements
Website performance is very important. The developer should ensure the site loads quickly and follows good performance practices.
This includes:
• optimizing images before uploading
• using correct image dimensions for each section
• converting images to WebP format where appropriate
• avoiding unnecessarily large image files
• using Webflow best practices for fast loading pages
Some images on the site may need to be resized or re-exported to the correct dimensions so they are not larger than necessary.
Images should:
• use the correct resolution for their container
• avoid oversized images (for example uploading a 4000px image when only 1200px is needed)
• use WebP format where possible
• be compressed without noticeable quality loss
12) Performance Goal
The goal is to maintain good loading speed and performance across devices.
The developer should ensure:
• fast page load times
• optimized images
• efficient layout structure
