1. Site Architecture & CMS Setup
• CMS Collection: Create a "Products" collection with custom fields (Name, Stick Count, Box Size, Splint Type, Packing Specs).
• Categorization: Set up folders/categories for "Kitchen Matches," "Pocket Matches," and "Extra Long Matches."
• Private Label Gallery: Multi-image field in the CMS to showcase different "Buyer Brands" for each product.
2. Core Pages & Functionality
• Landing Page: Hero section focusing on Export Capacity, Quality Standards, and "Made in India" trust.
• Product Grid: A dynamic list page with search/filter functionality (e.g., Filter by Box Size).
• Product Template Page: A single design that automatically populates data for all 50+ match types.
• RFQ Integration: A "Request Quote" button on every product that sends an email/WhatsApp notification with the specific product name included.
3. Design & Performance
• Template Customization: Use a clean B2B/Industrial template (Client-First or Finsweet standards preferred).
• Mobile Optimization: 100% responsive design for international buyers viewing on mobile.
• SEO Setup: Proper H1/H2 hierarchy, Meta Descriptions for each product, and Schema markup for "Product" type.
4. Handover & Training
• Editor Access: Set up my "Editor" account so I can add products without touching the design.
• Walkthrough: A short 15-minute video training on how to import/export product data via CSV.
