Webflow CMS Sorting Fix Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My blog collection list in Webflow refuses to respect either alphabetical or date-based order. Whether I switch the Collection List settings or try on-page filters, the posts still appear in a random mix. I need someone who knows Webflow CMS inside out—from native sorting options to custom JavaScript—who can dive in, diagnose the root cause, and deliver a reliable fix so the list can toggle cleanly between “Newest first” and “A-Z” whenever I configure it that way.
The site is already live, so a solution that avoids disrupting other interactions, CMS fields, or styles is essential. Once you’re done, I should be able to:
• Select “Date (newest to oldest)” in the Collection List settings and immediately see the latest post first.
• Change to “Name (A-Z)” and get a perfect alphabetical list every time, with no manual re-ordering needed.
Please be comfortable working in the Webflow Designer, Editor, and, if required, embedding lightweight custom code. I need it done in few hours only so apply accordingly.
