Web application for one-to-one coaching sessions

We are launching a startup to match coaches and users for businesses, similarly to what BetterUp does. Requirementes are:
1. User Registration and Authentication
- Allow users to register with the platform using their email or social media accounts.
- Implement a secure authentication system to protect user accounts and data.
2. Personality Assessment:
- Include a personality assessment questionnaire for new users during the registration process.
- Utilize validated personality assessment tools to evaluate users' work profiles.
- Generate a short summary or profile based on the assessment results to provide users with insights into their strengths, weaknesses, and potential career paths.
3. User Profiles:
- Create separate profiles for individuals, coaches, and HR managers.
- Enable users to input and manage their personal and professional information based on their respective profile type.
- Customize profile fields and options based on the user type.
4. Coaching and Mentorship Matching:
- Develop an algorithm or matching system to pair individuals with suitable coaches based on their personality assessment results, goals, and preferences.
- Allow HR managers to search and select coaches based on specific criteria and organizational needs.
5. Scheduling and Session Management:
- Enable individuals to schedule coaching sessions with their selected coaches.
- Provide HR managers with the ability to schedule coaching sessions for employees.
- Implement a calendar system (ok to use 3rd parties API) to manage session bookings and availability.
- Send notifications and reminders to users about upcoming sessions.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
- Incorporate real-time communication features such as video calls, messaging, transcriptions or chat to facilitate coaching sessions between individuals and coaches (IMP: Ok to use external automatic links to zoom calls)
- Enable HR managers to have communication channels with coaches to discuss employee progress and organizational goals.
- Ensure secure and private communication channels to protect sensitive information.
7. Goal Setting and Progress Tracking:
- Allow individuals, coaches, and HR managers to set specific goals and track progress over time.
- Provide tools or features to help users establish action plans, measure achievements, and monitor overall progress.
8. Payment Integration:
- Integrate a secure payment gateway to handle transactions between individuals and coaches (OK to use extension).
- Implement subscription plans or pricing models for individuals.
- Enable HR managers to manage bulk payments for coaching services.
9. Different Dashboards and Options:
- Design separate dashboards for individuals, coaches, and HR managers, each tailored to their specific needs.
- Customize the options, features, and metrics available to each user type based on their role and objectives.
10. Admin Dashboard:
