Web Flow text effects

We are looking for the following text effects on a simple WebFlow landing page:

Black background
Bold white text headlines, fading in and out for effect

-bold headline white text fades in, centered;
-addiional text fades-in underneath roughly half a second later;
-both lines then fade to black;

A second repeat of the above with slightly different text;

Finally, a third repeat with slightly different text, followed by a button appearing that takes the visitor to an email address collection form with a comment field.

I am wondering if the above kinds of effects are best created in Webflow (easier for us to re-edit later) or if it would be better in a video text animation clip (not easy for us to re-edit);

Please decribe the pros/cons of each choice in your bid.
