Resize Gallery Thumbnail Image Files in Webflow

I have attached a copy of the page speed report that prompted me to do this as well as screenshots of the slideshow galleries

I have rougly 60 photos across 5 different galleries in a webflow site.

The images currently used as gallery slides are quite large files and I would like them resized and inserted back into the galleries at a smaller size that will still be very good resolution for all screen sizes, but will not require so much data for load time

The large files for the expanded lightbox images in the slideshow must remain large

I would like the resized thumbnail files to keep the same names but add "small" to them and add in the original alt text that was associated with them

You need to already have a webflow freelance account so that I can grant you designer access without me giving you login info

Bonus points if you can make the galleries behave more smoothly, but i think they might be kind of shaky because the files are so large
