Institutional Site Development - Webflow Expert Required

Build Institutional Website (Webflow Preferred) – Content & Mockups Provided.
1. Project Overview - We are seeking a developer to build a clean, institutional public website. All copy, structure, and mockups are 90% complete. I am seeking a professional web developer to build a public-facing, institutional-grade website based on finalized content, copy, and HTML mockups already prepared. The site should be clean, modern, non-promotional design. This is not a marketing-heavy or e-commerce site.

• Live website deployed to production
• Source files / repository access
• Ability for owner to make basic content edits
• Cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
• Mobile QA pass
• Final handoff walkthrough (recorded or live)
4. Technology Recommendation: Webflow
Acceptable Alternatives:
• Static Site (HTML/CSS + light JS) with Netlify or Vercel
• WordPress only if lightweight, secure, and plugin-constrained

6. Ownership & Rights
• Client retains full ownership of site, code, and content
