HERA Webflow Template & Membership Platform

Hi! I’m building a premium women’s personal training & membership platform called HERA, under my main brand RYZZFIT. I've already purchased a premium Webflow template (link: https://momentus-template.webflow.io), and now I'm looking for an expert to fully customize it and connect it with the right backend tools.

This project involves both design layout customization and functional setup (CRM, memberships, email onboarding, etc.).


Scope of Work:
1. Webflow Template Customization

Implement my brand style (colors, fonts, images, copy)
Create 3 main pages:
HERA (women's page)
RYZZFIT (men’s personal training)
Pricing/Plans comparison page
Add clear call-to-actions (Book a Consultation, Join Now, etc.)
Optimize for mobile and speed
2. Membership Setup

Recommend and integrate either Memberstack or Outseta
(I’m open to whichever works best — please advise!)
Set up:
Membership plans (Individual, Couples, Trial)
Login/signup flow
Gated member-only onboarding pages
CRM tagging or metadata tracking (e.g., goals, quiz type)
3. Quiz Funnel Integration

Embed a quiz (Typeform, ScoreApp, or similar) on the homepage
e.g., “What kind of HERA are you?” or “Which plan is right for you?”
Connect it with the CRM (Memberstack metadata or Outseta tags)
Route results to email or display custom onboarding recommendation
Optionally trigger different onboarding flows based on quiz answers
4. Onboarding Flow
After signup, show members:
Welcome screen
Step-by-step guide (Book consult, join WhatsApp, meet coach)
Automate onboarding emails (via Outseta, ConvertKit, or other)
5. Integrations

Zapier: Connect quiz, booking form, CRM, and email
Calendly (or similar) for trial consultation bookings
Help desk or FAQ page (using Notion or simple support widget)
Bonus (if possible):
Set up Airtable CRM or integrate tags with Outseta CRM
Advice on best help desk (Zendesk, Helpscout, Tawk.to)
Slack or WhatsApp integration for community
