Freelance Web Developer for Community Website/Web App

We are seeking a skilled freelance web developer to create a community website/web app with the following features:
- User signup
- WhatsApp PIN verification
- Event listings
- Videos
- Challenges
- Projects
- Native integration with event platforms like Zoom.us
- Virtual currency
- Leaderboards
- Gamification
- Creation of video courses with quizzes and certificates
- Referral system for members to refer others in exchange for virtual currency

The website/web app must be built using no-code or low-code platform(s) such as Webflow and store data in a database that can be accessed by a corresponding mobile app (mobile app development will be a separate project). The website/web app should be responsive and user-friendly.
