Design and Build a Personal Website

Hello,

I currently have a one-page website.
I'm looking for someone to build me a website that has the following pages:

1. Home-page.
2. About me.
3. Blog Page (including blog post layout)
4. Newsletter
5. Community
6. Private Consulting.
7. Contact page.

I would like to use one of the following solutions to create it:

1. Webflow
2. Carrd
3. Super.so
4. Typedream

It also needs to be mobile friendly (optimised, not just viewable).
