add solidity functions to batch transfer contract

I need to add 3 functionalities on a batch transfer contract:
1-setfeetouse in bnb to use the contract, it will be charged every time someone uses the batch transfer for token or bnb, one a fee is paid, owner can withdraw it from the contract, simple bnb withdraw function needed.
2- authorizetouse, this function allows the owner to allow an address to use the batch transfer without paying the fee.
3-a function to check if the connected wallet is holding a determined quantity of a token address, if so, the address can use the batch transfer without paying the fee.
