Web3 Wallet Integration & Smart Contract Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Overview: We are looking for an experienced Web3 developer to assist with enhancing our checkout flow by integrating Web3 wallet connect and smart contracts for fund transactions.
The goal is to allow customers to make payments directly from their Web3 wallets, which will be swapped into a stablecoin (via Jupiter (https://jup.ag/)) and then sent to the merchant's address.
Key Project Areas:
1. Web3 Wallet Integration
Goal: Connect and integrate Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, or similar) into the checkout flow for customers to initiate deposits and handle funds.
Responsibilities:
* Integrate the Web3 wallet connect functionality into the front-end checkout interface.
* Allow customers to connect their Web3 wallets securely. (Main Focus Solana wallets)
* Handle user authentication and wallet connection status within the application.
2. Initiate Debit Transaction
Goal: Initiate a deposit transaction from the customer’s wallet and trigger the smart contract for processing.
Responsibilities:
* Implement functionality that allows the customer to approve and send funds from their connected wallet.
* Ensure secure handling of the funds as they are pulled from the customer’s wallet and passed to the smart contract.
* Handle transaction confirmation, rejection, and failure scenarios with appropriate user feedback.
3. Smart Contract: Fund Processing Workflow
Goal: Develop and integrate a smart contract to handle the funds pulled from the customer’s wallet and execute the swap and payment to the merchant.
Key Steps:
Responsibilities:
* Write a smart contract that performs the following:
1. Swap on Jupiter: The customer’s funds will be swapped to a stablecoin of the merchant’s choice (e.g., USDC, PYUSD).
2. Transfer to Merchant: The swapped stablecoin will be automatically sent to the merchant's provided address.
* Ensure the smart contract integrates seamlessly with Jupiter for the token swap.
* Ensure the transaction is securely confirmed and notify the customer and merchant of the successful transfer.
Deliverables:
1. Web3 wallet integration completed for multiple wallets (MetaMask, Phantom, etc.).
2. Smart contract deployed that handles fund swapping and merchant payments.
3. Integration of Jupiter for swapping funds to stablecoins.
4. Successful transaction flow from customer wallet to merchant wallet.
5. Documentation for the entire transaction process, including setup, usage, and testing instructions.
6. Post-launch support for debugging and optimizations.
