I am seeking a Web3 expert with specific expertise in Decentralized Application (DApp) Development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with the Binance Smart Chain platform.

Project Requirements:
- Develop a decentralized application (DApp) using the Binance Smart Chain platform
- Web3 integration in react with smart contracts on BSC


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in DApp development on the Binance Smart Chain platform
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development
