Web Dapp Assistance

I am in need of Web3 assistance. I already have the contract and the web files for a staking dapp but the problem is the app is misreading the token amount to be staked and won't stake anything above 3 digits.

All I need is simple debugging, fixing and finalizing of the already created vault and vault files.
