I'm seeking a Blockchain Developer with expertise on the Binance Smart Chain to construct a Tokenized Real Estate investment system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy a smart contract that generates a unique smart contract for every new property we list for investment.
- Facilitate user investments through our native token, $My10B. Upon investing, users will receive a unique token for the respective property in their wallet.
- Ensure the token holder earns a share of monthly rental income and resale income.
- Seamlessly integrate both traditional and cryptocurrency payment systems. This includes options for investing via PayPal or a bank card.
Token Functionality:
The unique token for each property should have:
- Transferability between users
- Staking for additional rewards
- A burning mechanism for devaluation
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in deploying smart contracts on the Binance Smart Chain.
- Experience in creating transferability features and staking rewards within a token.
- Knowledge of implementing a burning mechanism in a token's lifecycle.
- Ability to integrate traditional payment systems within a crypto investment platform.
