I want to create a lottery on the Arbitrum blockchain, with Chainlink's VFR system for randomness.
the lottery must have a very simple interface (DAPP)
The configuration of the lottery is, the winner designated by the VFR chainlink receives 97% of the total sum of the pot and 2% sends to another address.
If this is not in your possibilities, doing the lottery on the binance smart chain is possible, github are available ask me. thank you
