ICO token presale dapp with Smart Contract

Hi, we need a smart contract for an ERC20 token presale similar to: https://launchpad.artyfact.game/
-The smart contract/ dapp should have multiple "phases" with different token price for every phase.
- The token sale dapp should be accessible with both metamask and "wallet connect".
- Users should be able to buy tokens with ethereum and erc20 stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI etc...)
-The Token sale dapp should have a percentage (%) bonus system based on the amount of tokens bought.
-The token sale dapp should have a referral system for which a referral link gets generated when the user connects their wallet and they should receive token rewards when other users buy from their referral link.
-The dapp should have a leaderboard for ranking investors based on the amount of token they bought.
-the dapp should have a mini admin dashboard accessible only to the smart contract deployer where we can withdraw raised funds any time from the pre-sale contract and adjust the dapp settings.
