Centralized exchange with basic features

I am looking for a developer who has worked on centralized crypto exchange before. Developer must know how to call cryptocurrency nodes on server. He/she should know the concepts of crypto swapping, crypto transfer, spot trading, working with match engine, order books, limit trade, market trade. He/she should have deep knowledge of how web3 technology works, how to interact with smart contracts through front end.
