Online Services QA Testing
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run several live online services that must stay reliable, intuitive, and secure. I’d like a fresh set of eyes to put each service through its paces, record anything that feels off, and confirm that core user journeys perform exactly as intended.
What I need from you
• Independently navigate the sites and apps, exploring both common and edge-case actions.
• Log every issue—functional glitches, usability snags, or potential security red flags—with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots or screen-recordings, and device / browser details.
• Suggest quick-win improvements whenever you spot friction in the user flow.
• Retest fixes once they’re deployed so we can close the loop fast.
The environment
Our services are public-facing web applications and e-commerce flows, plus a couple of companion mobile builds. You decide which desktop or mobile setups you’re most comfortable using; variety helps, so any mix of Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android is welcome.
Acceptance criteria
1. Complete coverage of the agreed feature list.
2. A consolidated defect report in our template (CSV or Jira import).
3. Confirmation pass showing each validated fix.
