Comprehensive Web App Testing - 80 hours

Job ID: 40388010

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’ve just finished the core build of a large-scale home-care web application developed on Emergent, and now it’s time to make sure every corner of it is solid. I’d like two experienced QA professionals to partner with me for an intensive round of validation focused on Google Chrome and Safari. Your mission is to uncover functional flaws, spot usability snags, and push performance to its limits so we can head toward launch with confidence.

You will work directly in the staging environment, exercise every workflow a caregiver, patient, and administrator might follow, and record your findings in a shared tracker (Jira or similar). I’ll provide full access, test accounts, and a high-level feature map on day one; from there, I want an investigative mindset that goes beyond “pass/fail” to clear recommendations for improvement.

Key deliverables
• A concise test plan outlining functional, usability, and performance scenarios you will cover
• Daily bug and issue logs with reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings, and priority tags
• A final summary report highlighting critical defects, performance benchmarks, and UX enhancements

Acceptance criteria
• All high- and medium-severity issues reproduced and documented with clear steps
• Performance metrics captured for load times and stress points on both target browsers
• Actionable UX feedback supported by examples, not opinions

If you thrive on breaking things the right way and can collaborate quickly in a two-person crew, let’s start the test cycle immediately.
