Comprehensive LMS Manual QA Testing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Our web-based Learning Management System is ready for a full round of manual QA before we open it to a wider audience. I need you to walk through every key workflow, with functional testing taking top priority, and make sure that the experience is solid for all three user roles—students, instructors, and admins.
The platform already supports registration/login, course creation and enrollment, video lessons, quizzes, progress tracking with certificates, as well as a payment gateway. Your task is to validate that each of these modules performs exactly as specified across modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and on common mobile devices. While usability, basic performance, and security points must be flagged, the first pass should focus on uncovering functional defects that could block a learner or instructor from completing their goals.
Deliverables
• A structured bug log in our preferred tracker (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual, severity, environment).
• Visual evidence for UI/UX issues (screenshots or short clips).
• A brief regression sheet confirming fixes once issues are resolved.
Acceptance Criteria
• All critical- and high-severity functional issues for students, instructors, and admins are documented.
• Reproduction steps are clear enough for developers to follow without back-and-forth.
• Verified fixes are marked and retested within agreed time frames.
