I’m about to launch a new website aimed at users in Afghanistan and want an Afghan-based tester to walk through every major journey before we go live. You’ll explore the site on desktop, mobile and tablet, switching between Chrome, Firefox and Safari to surface any discrepancies.
While navigating, focus on three pillars:
• Usability – is every action obvious and friction-free?
• Functionality – do all links, forms, log-ins and other features behave exactly as intended?
• Performance – note load times and any sluggish sections, especially on mobile data.
Deliverables
• A clear report that groups findings under Usability, Functionality and Performance
• Screenshots or short recordings for each issue, plus reproduction steps and device/browser details
• A brief follow-up check once fixes are deployed
