SMS Provider Application for Bitrix24 Marketplace

I'm looking for someone to developp an SMS application that can be published on Bitrix24 marketplace. If you look at the Bitrix24's marketplace (https://www.bitrix24.com/apps/) -> SMS Providers, you will see a lot of SMS applications from different providers. We want to add an app that will allow Bitrix24 users to send SMS from their accounts using our app. A prior experience with Bitrix24 Marketplace development is strongly preferred.
