SAP Ariba Implementation and Support Specialist

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Ariba modules with strong focus on Ariba Business Network (ABN) Invoicing.

Configure and manage Ariba P2P / Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Ariba Network integrations.

Implement e-Invoicing integrations with SAP DRC (Digital Compliance), Adicom, and other third-party e-invoicing or compliance solutions.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Ariba using CIG or other middleware platforms.

Manage invoice automation, PO/Non-PO invoice flows, GR-based invoicing, exception handling, and invoice compliance validations.

Drive solution design, requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, Procurement, Compliance) to deliver compliant invoice processing.

Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), production deployment, and hypercare.

Monitor Ariba Network transactions, troubleshoot integration failures, and coordinate with SAP/Ariba support teams.

Ensure compliance with country-specific e-invoicing mandates across multiple geographies.

Required Skills

8+ years’ experience in SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Network).

Strong expertise in Ariba Business Network Invoicing and supplier connectivity.

Hands-on experience integrating SAP DRC with Ariba for e-invoicing.

Experience working with Adicom and other statutory e-invoicing platforms.

Strong understanding of P2P processes, taxation, and invoice compliance.

Proficient in CIG integrations, web services, APIs, and error monitoring.

Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
