Dian Colombia Document Integration (.NET Core)

I need to set up a connection between my Windows service running on .NET Core and the Colombian tax authority (DIAN). This involves sending various types of electronic documents to them.
Key requirements:
- The system needs to send the following types of documents to DIAN: Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, POS Equivalent Document, Adjustment to POS Equivalent Document, Export Sales Invoice, Supporting Document, Supporting Document Note.
- The chosen freelancer is expected to have experience in a similar project, so please include your past work in your application.
Authentication:
- I prefer to handle authentication with DIAN through a digital certificate.
Ideal skills and experience:
