Creation of one page personal website with advanced table

Hi there!
1- The project consists of one single webpage to run on my local laptop.
2- The page will include just one advanced table.
3- The table will be filled with data by an API which will run periodically every minute. the API will populate a mongo database (or similar) that will show records in the table.
4- I will provide the API to use, the API would provide all the raw data but there is the need of calculating some of this data.
5- the API would need one value for each call. The values will be store in a text file and the API would be call periodically for each row of the file.

That means there are 5 entries the API would call 5 entries each 2 minutes. If there are 10 entries would call 10 times and write 10 records and so on.
5- The table must have the following capabilities:
- each column have a filter to search in the number fields (sample greater than 200 or less than 5)
- a sort of column is also available for A-Z also working to sort numbering from bigger to smaller and viceversa
- some of the data would be rendered like a small graph inside the table itself(similar to a trading website)
