5+ years working with ArcOne solutions
Experience with Oracle Utilities CCS and/or MDM
Managed Services and Production Support experience

Lead functional design and optimization of ArcOne workflows
Configure and support ArcOne work management processes
Design To Do routing, assignment, escalation, and resolution workflows
Support exception management and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with business and technical teams
Provide production support and mentoring to junior consultants

Senior ArcOne Technical Architect
Experience:
10–15+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of ArcOne technical implementation experience
Strong Oracle Utilities CCS and MDM integration experience
Experience supporting enterprise utility environments
